We want everyone to be able to use our platform.
We strive to make Bildungsurlaub-Berater accessible and follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at level AA. Full conformance is an ongoing goal – some areas may still have gaps.

This website is partially conformant with EN 301 549 / the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 level AA — the standard referenced by the German Accessibility Reinforcement Act (BFSG). "Partially conformant" means the measures listed below are implemented, but some content is not yet fully accessible and is being improved continuously.

Keyboard operation
Interactive elements can be reached with the keyboard and show a visible focus.
Contrast & readability
Text and controls are designed for sufficient colour contrast. A light and a dark mode are available.
Reduced motion
Animations respect the system setting “reduce motion” and are then turned off or simplified.
Structure & screen readers
We use semantic HTML structure, labels (ARIA labels) and alternative text so screen readers can convey content meaningfully.
Zoom & mobile use
Pages adapt to screen size and zoom without losing content.
Language
The platform is available in German and English; the page language is marked up technically.
