Minimum number of participants
This course runs from 4 participants.
If the minimum number of participants is not reached, the provider may cancel the date. You then receive the amount paid back in full (100%) or a replacement date – with no cancellation fee.
The provider tells you the latest date by which they will decide on a possible cancellation (the cancellation deadline).
If you cancel yourself
From 14 days before the course starts: 100% refund · From 7 days before the course starts: 50% refund · From 0 days before the course starts: 0% refund
If your employer pays a subsidy, the tier applies to the total — your own share and the subsidy together. That refund is split proportionally: in the ratio of what each of you paid. Example: a course of €400 with €300 subsidy and €100 from you — at a 50% tier, €150 goes to your employer and €50 to you. You never have to pay anything back.
Expected values per the stored cancellation rule — not a guarantee.
- 14-day right of withdrawal (§ 312g BGB), as long as the course has not yet been fully performed with your express consent: 100% back.
- If the provider cancels, the course is cancelled by force majeure, or the minimum number of participants is not reached, the amount paid is refunded in full (100%).
- No-show without cancelling in time: no automatic refund claim.
- Illness, death or hardship: the provider’s voluntary goodwill — no automatic legal refund claim.
- Add-on removal follows the causer: if the provider removes an add-on, they refund it in full; if you deselect it yourself, the cancellation tier applies.
